Description: Is your homepage design looking a little dated? Falling out of love with your web presence? This package is designed for organizations and businesses needing to update their visuals on the web and wanting to explore possibilities. We review your existing off-and online visuals and do a comprehensive evaluation of your audiences, goals and competition. We conduct preliminary user testing with your existing homepage and use our 50-point site review process. Based on that feedback and our research, we complete up to three redesigns of your homepage. We can also suggest new development platforms based on your organizational needs. Your team can then implement the new design.
Deliverables: Half-day branding workshop with staff, review of homepage; review of competition; user testing findings; up to 3 versions of redesigned home page. You own the final files.

ASK THE POLLENATORS: User Testing & Design Strategy
Description: This package is best for organizations who are considering a website redesign. We conduct user testing and review an existing website or a recently redesigned site. We use users that fit your audience profiles (which we can help you figure out) and give them different scenarios and tasks to complete. We also review your site ourselves with out comprehensive 50-point review process. Based on what we learn, we make specific design, content, and workflow recommendations to improve your site. These recommendations can be in written, visual or video form.
Deliverables: Reports and videos from up to three user testing scenarios, comprehensive 50-point site review, recommendations in a written and visual format (wireframe or revised design or both) based on existing site and business goals. If you want more scenarios, we can do more, but we recommend testing only 2 to 3 at a time.

MAKING IT RAIN: Content Review & SEO Audit
Description: Search Engine Optimization tactics change so fast, it’s hard to not get web whiplash. But there are a few tried-and-true things you absolutely must do in order to get those search engines interested. We like to say: building a websites without doing some SEO is like building a house and not putting out a mailbox. What we do is: find keywords and phrases that people will use to find your site (and your competitions’!), take a look at the weight of those words, your current site content structure and make recommendations.

Deliverables: All of it. We review your analytics, business goals, home page design, SEO, social media strategy, conduct user testing, make lots of recommendations and give you tons of visuals (page design, wireframes) to work with. This requires a longer-term commitment and ongoing communication with staff.
